Queuing-system is a technology products based on computer technology, network technology, multimedia technology and communication technology. It can effectively replace customers queuing of window industry. When the customers are doing business in the service agency, it can well solve the problem of overcrowding and error-queue etc. In the all, it provided the good waiting-environment and the working conditions for the customers and the staff.At present, the queuing-system product's topology is same in domestically. But the method of communication is different during various modules. It mainly includes the wireless data transmission and the wired-data-transmission. To the wireless data transmission and the wired data transmission, they respectively have the merit and the deficiency. We proposed one kind of new plan through considered to the traditional queuing-system and the method of communication's synthesis analysis. This plan includes the window display monitor, the staff operating-platform and the master-control. Between the modules, it uses the wireless-data-communication based on GFSK, but it uses the RS-485 correspondence in the module interior. So it simplified the scene installment, moreover reduced the cost comparing to the wireless data communication. The system also has the following characteristic in software and in the hardware design.1. The system expansion is convenient. It uses the RS-485 correspondence in the module interior, so it can connect 128 operating-platforms. The wireless data communication module uses Nordic Corporation nRF905, the interface is standard ISP between the MCU. So the interface-connection is simple, the data receiving and dispatching is very convenient, moreover the performance is reliable.2. System use low-price MCU and let MCU make more matters as far as possible. For example master-control, The MCU may simultaneously control the pronunciation module, the printer and the wireless data communication module.3. The system realizes correspondence between the MCU by the way of inquire in turn. When carry on data communication, the system has used fixed-time which unifies with the verification. Thus it has guaranteed the system communication accuracy.4. The window display monitor uses the LED lattice-display-mode; it is more direct-viewing than the traditional LED numerical-code-tube.This system achieved the queueing-function, and could print votes correctly, complete window display , broadcasts voice. This system has exerted the traditional queuing-system merit and the wireless data communication's characteristic, simplified the installment, the debugging and the wiring project, and also improved the traditional queuing-system. It has the certain practical value and the application prospect.
