Collaborative Working Platform Midrange Video Instant Messaging To Achieve

Recently, there are a lot of instant message software for internet application,such as RTX,MSN etc,internet users may use them to exchange, chat, deliver sound and files immediately and they may also bind interactive message with mobile phone and palmtop device. Email is a communicate mean which was bored since the internet appeared,it is widely used, but with the disadvantages of poor instance and interaction. These software have a common trait, that they are all masses oriented ,anybody may establish contact directly with the others,and are lack of dependency and secrecy.Actually , in the incorporation such as corporation and government , the management of the human and material resources needs to establish a platform. With the platform, the individual internal communication system can be established safely and efficiently, which has the abilities of providing the communication, management, and flow control to the superior with the crew, the employee with employee, department with department, and organization with organization. The network cooperating working system in this project is a tool to establish a platform like this.With pure Web technology,it is hard to realize the mode that real time information exchange and collective work in browser. Cooperate with work system is basal concerted platform,which realizes fabricating organize directory tree, transmitting audio and video files, and offering various inter communicate ways such as instant massage, cell phone short massage, VoIP, Email, network fax, resource sharing, network meeting etc,the embedded browser in client side may integrate in current B/S application system,provide common system interface, and realize single spot logging in.Based on the demand, this dissertation analyses several kernel technologies needed. First of all, it needs transmitting control technology for all kinds of network bandwidth,such as SIP,H323,P2P; Secondly, the technologies used for multimedia data transfer processing,such as video compressing technology(G.729,MPEG4),audio optimizing technology, multimedia control technology etc are needed. Lastly, we also need the directory processing technology(LDAP)and security technology.After lucubrate the current technologies, and setting up the application model, the system design process begins, building data layer, basic processing layer,proxy layer,interface layer,and the four-layers infrastructure, running process, programming structure are expatiated. In the course of testing, the technique performance target and the criterion of interface that the system needed are illuminated.After fabricated,combining the deploying of the section of network supervise of Sichuan province public security office and this trait of its own, the functions of the network cooperating working system are exerted. Proper models such as information sharing model and report forms upload model are customized. At present, this system is running steadily at the section of public security network supervise, and may be expanded to enterprise,government,telecom business etc.
