Processing of Biomedical Electronic Signal is a very important study area of BioMedical Engineering. It is also a very important application on rapidly developed technologies of digital signal processing in recent years. With the rapid development of the computer technique, it is more and more popular to use computer to study, handle and monitor biomedical siganl as well as the application of the monitor system of Biomedical Electronic. For example, electrocardiograph, embryo monitor device, operation monitor device and so on. This article suggests to put the monitor system of Biomedical Electronic into execution by injection, to test electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG) and auditory evoked potentials (AEP) of the criminal awaiting for execution in order to judge whether the criminal awaiting for execution has already died, and supply the test data of the whole process as well as standardize the message of execution by injection.This article introduces the history and actuality of the development of electroneurophysiology firstly, and focuses on how to deal with the ECG, EEG and AEP in the monitor system. It mainly discusses the technique of controlling disturbance from working frequency and base-line shift, introduces fir filter, Levkov filter, adaptive filter which are used by controlling disturbance from working frequency. It also introduces smooth filter, median filter and adaptive filter based on wavelet transform which are used by controlling base-line shift, and gives the simulation result for all kinds of filter. Based on the premise that the messages are totally distilled, the methods of how to distill the character of ECG, how to distill the four rhythmδ,θ,α,βin EEG are studied and AEPI are calculated. Based on the theoretic study, we use C++ program to achieve the monitor system of Biomedical Electronic software which can be used to execution by injection so that ECG, EEG, AEP and AEPI can be successfully shown in the computer, and the information which are required to be recorded during execution by injection can be correctly recorded in data base in detail.For execution by injection, we always use Execution Vans overseas but don't have our own products. Because the inconvenient use and expensive price of the execution vans, the courts strengthen the development of the monitor system of execution by injection. Many companies take part in this job, but there is no company put AEP into the monitor system of execution by injection domestically. The study of this article makes up for this. It puts AEP into the monitor system of Biomedical Electronic for execution by injection. It uses not only the traditional ECG and EEG to judge death, but also AEP to judge the permanent losing of all the nerve cell so that to gain a more overall, exact and strict death target.Finally this thesis shows the result of the study and something that can be improved.
