Bioelectricity signal is extremely weak and easily to get interferenced, therefore it raises higher requirements on circuits of acquiring bioelectricity signal in terms of sensitivity, resolution, common-mode rejection, anti-interference, etc. The paper will analyze the realization of circuit of acquiring surface bioelectricity signals and circuit diagram design, including differential signal amplification, active filter and other circuit of the signal conditionings, the final realization of PCB design and manufacture and the realization of acquiring surface bioelectricity signals by using real human body surface bioelectricity as the signal source.About the design of circuits of acquiring bioelectricity signal, it introduces the computer EDA simulation technology and and the method of manufacturing the PSpice simulation platform model by using the third parry's SPICE model library. PSpice (the technique of computer simulation) is used to design circuit and analyze the performance of circuit.Analysis and research of specific functional circuit, such as the DRL (driven-right-leg) circuit often used to reject common mode interference in bioelectricity test, and the type selection according to key technique index of critical elements and the design selection of topology of functional circuit.Finally, design PCB of acquiring bioelectricity signal and realize surface bioelectricity signal acquisition. Attack some troubleshooting in practice. Show the PCB and signal waveform from bioelectricity signal acquisition circuit in practice.
