| Spectral analysis and related instruments are widely applied in many fields. The criterion of these instruments is getting higher because of the continuous development of industry. Traditional spectral analysis instruments can not meet the requirement of nowadays industry with their low data processing rate and precision. In the other hand, with the rapid development of electronic and computer technology, spectral analysis instruments are getting smaller and smarter.Through deep study on structure and theories of spectral analysis system, a multi-channel and minimized spectral collection system with the combination of CCD and related optical system, ARM7 circuit system and PC system is designed. The system can realize real-time spectral collection with two ways of data transmission, which are USB2.0 and parallel port.The structure of this system contains three parts: optical part, ARM7 circuit system and software system. In the optical part, the outside optical signal input is transmitted into system through a fiber. The signal will be detected by a linear CCD with 2048 pixels. The ARM7 microcontroller act as the MCU of the circuit system, the CCD output signal was converted into digital signal by a high-speed 16bit AD. Besides, the circuit system exchange data with other devices by USB interface and parallel port. This circuit system has great expansibility. Software system includes the circuit program and PC software. CCD is drove by ARM7 circuit system, which can correctly collect CCD output signal and make high-speed data exchange with other devices under the behavior program. The software on PC not only can accept and display the spectral signal data but also realize spectral curve demarcation and noise handling.The whole spectral collection system can work stably under practical test. It has more advantages when compared to the traditional ones, such as high-speed data processing, high precision, low energy consumption and multi-function. The wavelength spread which can be measured by our system is 300nm~800nm, in the range of visible light, the quality and error of our system are very acceptable. Besides, the bulk of our system is small, the size of circuit and optical system are under strictly control, at the same time, the cost of system design is greatly controlled. |
