| The study of the integrated circuit can improve the level of such products in our country. It is necessary to study the integrated circuit for application. In the army, modern arm system needs small volume, high integrating integrated circuit indeed. In addition, it needs a lot of integrated circuits in the aeronautic and astronautic fields.At present, the main trend of the integrated circuit technics is represented by the SOC (System On Chip). And the character dimension develops from 0.18μm,0.13μm,90nm to 45nm. It can reflect the trend of SOC On chip not only in the programs of the National Nature Science Fund Project on behalf of base theory study, but also in the main integrated circuit design which represented the development of integrated circuit industry and the projects of producer.SOC is an integrated circuit concept that can integrate the modules which have different functions on a chip. In the recent years, the integrated circuit develops fast, it let all kinds of sensors integrated and combined with the semiconductor, which let the sensors small and systematical, let all kinds of safeguard circuits into one smart sensor.This paper introduces the technics and characteristics of silicon magnetic-sensitive transistor differential circuit, and then simulates silicon magnetic-sensitive transistor switched integrated circuit, according to three designs of differential amplifier, voltage comparator and level output. It reaches 131%T when the relative sensitivity coefficient of the collector current of silicon magnetic-sensitive transistor differential circuit is measured in experiment. The IO curves are perfect when the Multisim Microsoft simulates the design of the switched integrated circuit. At last, I design the bipolar integrated circuit layout according to the circuit. The result shows that such switched integrated circuit reaches the designed demand. Therefore, this paper has important meanings for applying the magnetic switch in the future. |
