With rapid development of mobile communication and abundance benefit of mobile terminal unit, software development requirement of mobile application increasingly has gone up. It is remarkably different between the mobile terminal unit and PC, and the difference mostly are Human—Computer Interaction and deal-with capability of equipment. Aiming at communication speed of mobile terminal unit being slow as well communication delaying being very obvious, the frame which is fit for mobile terminal unit application could advance availably efficiency and quality of software development.Because of interface technique of desktop is not propitious to mobile terminal as well as limited resource of mobile terminal equipment and disadvantage of existing interface technique of mobile terminal, this paper has give a new XML—base—GUI—language application frame being fit for mobile terminal.In system, describing user-interface and defining data both use XML document. In first, it would download XML document being storaged in server to client terminal. In this time, network-connection would be disconnected. When functioning, GUI application frame would parse XML document, then interface element and data both being parsing were binding, and painting interface element in mobile terminal.The system could build automatically table configuration of data-base according at XML document of data define, in this way could insure consistency of data-base table of server and mobile terminal unit. In addition, build automatically table configuration of data-base according at XML document of data define in mobile terminal unit could storage permanent of data of mobile terminal unit.This system could achieve data synchronization between client and server. The client would get data of server and storage data in mobile terminal with network, then finish manipulating in mobile terminal after disconnection. Afterwords, it would connect network and upload data of modifying in mobile terminal to data-base. System could do nothing but finishing synchronization of data, in this way saving resource and improving speed.
