With the continuing development of Chinese economy and influence of economical globalization, Chinese textile market is confronted with intense competition. Expanding market share and sale Services has become the key factor of clothing enterprise. Therefore, an effective retailing business management system is the main propelling force of the enterprise development.With the fast development of computer technology, it is possible to construct more perfect enterprise system. Based on Web with open architecture, expansibility, scalability, and reliability, the retailing electronic commerce system has been a necessary instrument. Therefore, the paper put emphasis on the designing and development of retailing electronic commerce system based on J2EE technology. Due to different requests, the integration of the management system has become the main challenge. Although the new generation of integration architecture SOA (Services-Oriented Architecture) is becoming mature gradually, it hasn't been applied extensively by domestic enterprises.On the basis of research to ASP and SOA theory and application, the design of retailing electronic commerce system is considered in this paper. The integrated design of ASP platform and SOA is implemented for clothing retailing management system. Firstly, the ASP platform is constructed for kinds of management and application requests. In order to offer the flexible solution for the business-to-business integrated application for the domestic enterprises, we build the SOA system between enterprises and propose the design principles of Web Services. Last, the significance of the paper is discussed. The prospects of the application and development of the software is also given.
