| The WIM System plays an important role of protecting freeway normally.Base on the research actuality and problems on the Highway WIM System of our country,this article put forward some new mentality,improved measures and solution to improve the performance index of the whole WIM system.ARM-based piezoelectric film axis WIM of embedded research and design,which is purpose of improving the WIM accuracy,and such as other performance indicators,etc.It adopts with the high-tech hardware and software technology,is a study significance of the subject.This paper begins with analysis the principle of weighing and put forward an improved overall system design,then under the premise of the programme,through correcting the trial constantly,and set up a scene simulation system based on Labview,which lays a solid foundation for the next step on the realization of the entire system.Base on this,the concrete work done this,can be summed up with the following:First,a brief presentation based on the piezoelectric film axis WIM system principles,as well as impact factors such as the significance of the study subjects;Second,gives the overall system design,and designs a number of signal conditioning circuits, such as the charge amplifier,isolation circuit as well as filter circuit;Third,the use of 32-bit microprocessors,and adopts a more comprehensive data processing methods to improve the system's hardware and software technology.Base on this,studies and designs a based on ARM-uC/OS-ⅡWIM embedded system platform,and completes the system's hardware and software design,implementation and operating system transplantation.Finally,designs and operates a new field test,which is based on the data acquisition card LabVIEW8.2 field simulation test,and gives the test results and analysis.The test is facilitate with the measurement and data acquisition,and maybe get a more accurate field data,which lays a solid foundation for the next data processing. |
