| This paper aiming at the problem that most of the crimper of current domestic design, manufacture use experience, testing, analog such as methods to produce, the result of excess equipment capacity, excessive size and weight, such as deficiencies and shortfalls. Base on The Institute of Electrical and Mechanical of the Central South University designed the JKK60 crimper its structural topology optimization, and its serial design. A fast, high-quality, low-cost production of a new type of side-opening crimper to meet the needs of different users.Through analysis of the existing design methods serialization found that both can not be built the relationship of side-opening crimper between pressure and dimension. By comparing Model Design and Series Design found their similarities, proposed the assumption that model design process applied to Series Design, for the theoretical basis of the following Series Design. Structural topology optimization analysis of JKK60 rack is described, in accordance with known binding boundary conditions and load boundary conditions better determined the bearing structure, as the prototype of series design. Using hierarchical modeling, educed the dimensionless numbers that express dimension of rack, for the next model calibration to provide numerical conditions. According to the steps of model design prototype JKK60 complete similar calibration, found the similarity guidelines between pressure and dimension, that is, crimper force scalingκtimes, rack structure size by scalingκ1/2 times according to the size of prototype. Application of the model simulation test machine JKK120 and JKK200 static strength and stiffness analysis, verified the reliability of the serialization design method model-based design.The above-mentioned comprehensive research, offer the series design of side-opening crimper theoretical foundation, accurate guidance is practiced, so the article has certain theory meaning and practical value of project. |
