At present,the vehicle air condition controller either adopts PLC or imports the controller getting DSP,ARM as the core processor of the main air condition producer in our country.Because of the passengers' higher request of the vehicle and the opening-up of the city railway, including the high price of importted controller and a series of problems such as technique block,debugging,software upgrade,etc.So it is necessary to develop a controller got the microprocessor as the core chip.With the rapid development of microprocessor technique and software,embedded system is getting a broader application.It is becoming more hard for the speed and memory of the 8 bits and 16 bits MCU to meet the requirements of embedded system.The embedded technique based 32 bits RISC processor gets more attention.The 32 bits RISC processor of ARM corporation has many traits,such as high speed, low consumption,low cost,multiple function,unique double 16/32 bits instruction set.With the comparision of the ARM system performance that getting RTOS and no embedded RTOS,uc/OS-Ⅱis selected as the realtime kernel of the system,and this paper gets the kernel migrated to LPC2292.This paper adopts embedded system based ARM to develop the controller.The developing process of the subway vehicle air condition controller based LPC2292 and uc/OS-Ⅱis introduced in detail.It has three parts:hardware design,introducing the design of hardware based the microprocessor of ARM,software design,introducing the design environment of uc/OS-Ⅱand operating system migrating,the design of application program,including human machine interface communication program,netword program,USB program,etc.
