By transferring documents, information or tasks according to determinate rules of the process, workflow can make all or part of the business process automation. As a result, workflow can achieve the overall objectives of business by harmonious works among members of organizations, and workflow can also improve the production level of organization and efficiency. In the heterogeneous, distributed, loosed-coupled environment of modern enterprise information resources, the emergence of Mobile Agent technology provides a better choice for constructing workflow system. Mobile Agent technology has many advantages such as reducing the network load, asynchronous operation, parallel processing, etc. So workflow system based on Mobile Agent technology can solve the deficiencies in performance and application to a certain extent. However, the migrating feature of migrating instance also brought a series of security issues, which can not be solved by traditional solutions of workflow system. Although migrating workflow technology technology have a good prospect in the modern enterprise organizations, the security problem has become one of the main obstacles restricting its extensive application. The security problem in migrating workflow system can be considered from two aspects in the main, which are problems of workplace security and problems of migrating instance security. Research on the latter is relative few at present, and protection mechanism of migrating instance is lack. Security mechanism for migrating instance is the research objectives in this thesis.On the other hand, biological immune system is a highly parallel, distributed, self-adapted and self-organized system, which has strong abilities in study, identification, memory and feature extraction. Inspired by the biological immune mechanism, scholars put forward various models and algorithms to simulate the function, principles and characteristics of biological immune system. A large number of people researche in modeling, algorithm designing and application on biological immune mechanism, and have achieved certain results. This developed as a new intelligent computing - artificial immune system. Artificial immune system has been widely applied to pattern recognition, failure detection, autocontrol and computer security, and become a hotspot in recent yearsBased on the above background, this thesis take integrality detection for the migrating instance as research object, and expands the application domain of artificial immune system to migrating workflow system. In allusion to the executing feature of migrating instance, this thesis analyzed security issues especially the integrality security issues of migrating instance. After studying the theory of artificial immune system, we consulted the basic idea of negative selection algorithm, clonal selection algorithm to constructe an immune entity for migrating instance to detect the integrality. This thesis gave a formal description of this immune entity and discussed its structure, detection process and updating mechanism of detectors. And we also analyzed correlative parameters. Finally, we implemented a integrality detecting system for migrating instance and carried out relevant emulational experimentation.This thesis went deep into the integrality detecting problem of migrating instance and put forward a feasible resolvent, and discussed key technology. Finally, we provided a effective implement of detecting system.
