1553b-based Distributed Measurement System Design

The existence of the threat of war causes the development of new style weapon, and the new guided ammunition is based on the new navigation technology, has been widely developed and used. Guided munitions simulation test system, which is necessary in the process of designing, producing and using of navigation, is the guarantee of the process of the completion of guided munitions in the testing process and use of simulation tests.With the demand of the summary-guided munitions, the paper proposes the Design of Distributed Test System Based on 1553B bus, analyses the guided ammunition on the composition and working principle, puts forward the overall test system testing processes. The corresponding test hardware system is designed based on COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) , the paper has not only researched the MIL-STD-1553B communication bus, which has been used by test system, but also designed the 1553B application-layer protocol for satisfying the different part based on meeting the requirements of the test. Based on the detailed analysis of demand for testing software, those case diagrams of entire software have been designed by UML (Unified Modeling Language) .Moreover, The static structure and the dynamic structure of simulation, testing of the development of software systems have been used by those diagrams. The paper designed the class and data structure with VC++ in the Windows platform based on the software structure in the end.The application results show that modern testing system based on the idea of combining the development of the corresponding 1553B bus in the accuracy of the test system, the feasibility and practicality to meet the requirements. Through the research in the paper, the development goals of the system are implemented combining the test technology and 1553B bus, which improve the efficiency of the testing. As the software development and testing techniques and methods have a certain commonality, can give other bus test system for the study and application of a good Reference.
