For Operators Of P2p File-sharing Service Platform

Like the natural community, network has a spontaneous ability to find a balance between disorder and order. P2P technology has brought revolutionary improvements for network information sharing, and if we want this kind of improvemen to continue to bring the advantage for the users for a long time, it must take no harm to the basic benefits of content providers as the premise. For not affect the existing P2P shareware performance, we should integrate the Supervisory mechanism and Intellectual property protection mechanism into P2P technology. This requires that the existing P2P technology should be improved to meet the requirements of commercial operation.This thesis is organized as follows: firstly,introduce the background knowledge of P2P technology and their respective characteristics according to the topology. Then focus on the popular file-sharing service on the current network - BitTorrent Protocol.Based on this, this thesis elaborates the authentication and Billing plan of operating BitTorrent service, and improves the Bencode parser of the opening Ctorrent software to meet the requirements of commercial operation. Finally, because the BitTorrent system relies on Tracker--the system's central equipment, this article analysis Tracker server's load performance.
