The e-commerce has become the focus in the field of applying and researching the information and economic globalization with its efficiency, convenience, new business philosophy, new management expertise, and new business environment. The traditional marketing model in the network has become more and more important with a few years' development, but it is has its own limitation at the same time. The enterprises can't adopt an active marketing strategy. The problem is how to break it and make it more efficient.It is mainly about the distinctions between WEB2.0 and 1.0 when users interact with system, and applied framework of e-commerce based on WEB2.0 in this paper. The framework of Struts and the asynchronous requests to access of Ajax are applied to improve the availability and interactivity of the system; the hierarchically organized classes of MVC mode to optimize the code of the client-side; and the access control strategy to meet the users' demand to extend the system.The author reviews the e-commerce development process in China briefly, compares WEB2.0 with the traditional mode, and analyzes Struts' and Ajax's characters, advantages and basic components. In the process of the development of e-commerce system based on online bookstore, the standard UML OOA is adopted for systemic analysis and design, which makes the late maintenance and upgrades more convenient.In a word, it has some reference value for building a high-availability, intelligent, integrated, and extensible WEB2.0 e-commerce system.
