There are many data should be transmitted to computer for further analysis processing then send corresponding control command to instrument reliably and timely in some testing or data acquisition system.The equipment often used to connect to computer by cable but since it's limited length make some difficult problem for installation and maintain,Furthermore,different instrument or same instrument manufactured by different corporation maybe have different peripheral interface.Computer also must equip different port or interface board to match along with.It's a big obstacle to wide used notebooks because they deploy many USB interfaces other than traditional ports.In order to resolve the problem of connecting between different instrument interface to computer the thesis putting forward the solution that combines the wireless and USB technique,which is wireless transmitting module based on USB bus.The interface between computer and transceiver module is USB but the wireless communication that work in ISM frequency range is used for module to module data connecting.Both wireless and USB are not a new concept in communication and computer field respectively, but integrate them to an entirety is a distinct creative design.Since the wireless standard which wide used at the present stage some have complex protocol the others maybe have relative high cost for research and development or application actually.According to practical demand selecting multi channels wireless communication IC CC1100 from TI and USB interface IC PDIUSBD12 from NXP for the module.This thesis discourses the system application framework and communication protocol.According to the function part of module from computetr interface to antenna,analyze the USB specification and discuss module fireware design architecture in detailed.Making a deep study of impedance matching,BALUN and filter in wireless communication circuit design.Giving the schimatic and simulation validation based on MMIC feature with module specific technical requirement.research the basic feature and physical structure of antennas that frequently used in short range devices,comparing their strong point and weak point.At last,discussing the attention item should be paid in PCB design , hardware and software debug as well as module function testing.
