On internet browser, the user can log in to the system by inputting domain name, user ID and password, and use the system managing its online order and distant marketing manage. The enterprise can disposal all kinds of business, control and analyze the distribution status, optimize stockpile, and reinforce internal control management.Based on the actual needs of agricultural marketing enterprise of Ganzhi, this research has developed a marketing management system, introduced the actuality and elementary theory of agricultural products net-marketing system, discussed practical applications of the this kinds of system. This system has many functions, including creating normative forms, multi term inquiries, data simultaneous collection, safe user rights and especial user management, information sharing, and many user working together. Using WEB, NET and XML this research has systematically elaborated the basic technique of developing the web-based agricultural products marketing management system, introduced the system model and its implementation project, and discussed web-based software test and system optimization technique.
