Functional Applications Based On The The Mpt1327 Cluster Communication Protocol, Short Message And Realization

Trunking system is one kind of private mobile communication system, in which the limited frequency resource can serve for multi-user through allocating the channels dynamically. MPT1327 is a public protocol, and it is also one kind of typical and dedicated trunking communication standard which has lots of advantage in utilization of frequency resource, calling function, and system management. Analogue trunking system is widely used in army, police, subway, immigration industry, power industry and civil aviation company. With the development of era, digital trunking system is developing very fast. But its high cost just makes the analogue trunking system still stay in the leading position in the market. So it is valuable for business and theory to study MPT1327.Firstly, after the introducing of trunking communication system, this thesis described the details about MPT1327. Based on the MPT1327, author emphasized the short data message procedure definition. In order to implement the short data message function in original system, the system resource consumption condition must be carefully analyzed. Because of the shortage of the critical memory, the original system should be re-designed to free more space. After analyzed the original system, the author found that there were some issues about the system design and memory allocation. Two solutions were introduced to optimize the system and the issues were solved successfully. The solutions used the time to exchange the memory space in the final analysis; the hardware source should be enhanced to figure out the issues for ever.Finally, this thesis detailedly introduced the realization of short data message. The original subsystems which were related to new function were also introduced. The design strategy followed the original system to keep compatibility and maintainability. So it was very important to study the original system design, which cost much of time. In order to ensure the correctness of the new added short data message feature and the original function, the testing work was very vital which was also covered lastly.The main contributions of the author are listed below:1. Studied the original radio system and analyzed the system resource consumption condition, solved the problem of resource shortage;4. Implemented the short data message feature.
