In the field of Industry Automation, while PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used popularly, IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) development, based on SoC (System on Chip) technology, has attracted more and more attention. Comparing to PLC, IPC has so many outstanding specialty, which includes low energy consuming, fast running speed, small system, strong target-oriented way, convinent development, and low cost. Thus, it is not only feasible but also should pay sufficient attention to the use of IPC instead of PLC for Industry Automation.Aiming at the field of aero refrigeration, this thesis designs and implements a Special System of Aero Refrigeration Control. In the system, MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) MSP430 based on SoC technology is used as the main controller of the system; LCD with T6963C controller integrated in is used as the display module; RS232 and RS485 are used as the communication protocol; CH375 is used as the USB controller; PID (Proportional, Integrating, Differentiation) control algorithm is used to handle the heating module. Furthermore, JTAG interface is added for system debug. Protel layout software is used. In this way, the system hardware is carried out.In the system, IAR Embedded Workbench and C language specially optimized for embedded system are used to implement the system software.Firstly, the components and logic used in the old system of Aero Refrigeration Control are analyzed in the thesis; Secondly, two concerned technology, including SoC and PID, are used in the new system, specified algorithm improvement is brought forword on PID; Finally, system requirements are studied, and its structure is designed. The whole system, including two main modules, display and control, is carried out from hardware to software.From the project, several results are concluded, including the advantages and disadvantages, anti-jamming technology of IPC's applying in the field of Industry Automation, PID technology's applying in temperature control on parameter settings.
