President Hu was outstanding to emphasize cultural the importance of the construction in the report of 16th CPC National Congress .After that in the report of 17th CPC National Congress give to the culture(soft power) extreme of value, to rise socialism culture construction new hight that has ever had, pushing the development of socialism culture greatly, The new words such as : soft power of culture, the culture create vitality, cultural productivity, the cultural industries etc. The new terms also appears again and again in the report of 17th CPC National Congress Media, especially main-strem media should start to take this duty to bound history mission of the Chinese cultural strategica.Along with Internet quickly rising, this new communication technique changed traditional media ecosystem environment thoroughly. Under the new media environment, What should main-strem media do ? what choice to choose when they face on opportunity and challenge which the new media environment brings?This paper tries to find out the answer of how to build culture power nowadays by anlyseled the reports of people's daily and people's daily on line.
