Presently, with the IC card of radio frequency get gradually mature and each university campus net established and input using, it has offered technology guarantee for the establishment of campus one-card-through system, in campus, realizing one-card-through system has become the inevitable tendency of campus management development.This paper, based on actual condition of Tianjin Polytechnic University and the process of new campus district construction, has put forward for the construction of the network consuming system based on RS-485 in one-card-through system. First, it designs a kind of circuit which can transmit a standard RS-485 signal through fiber. It implements the function of RS485 fiber receiving and transmiting module by discussing how to transmit and receive an optical signal, how to achieve face lifting, how to drive the lamp-house, the difference magnify and the coupling of an electrical signal and an optical signal. Second, it devises a kind of protocol diversion circuit between RS-232 bus and RS-485 bus. It brings forward the design of a kind of diversion circuit between RS-232 and RS-485 through discussing how to high-efficiently generate a supply from RS-232's signal lines, how to intelligently convert a sending state to a receiving state, how to set the communicate mode and how to intelligently convert a standard RS-232 interface to a RS-485 interface. Third, it discusses the demand analysis and function analysis of the data collection part. It designs the entire system by using the activity chart and the scheduling chart. It contrives an application of consumption data collection using the PowerBuilder program language. This application can be used to collect data and transact blacklists so as to realize the network consuming function by using the POS machine.This system can be applied in the campus one-card-through system as its consumption subsystem by designing the function modules above. It can transfers the consumption data by fiber at real time. After processing the consumption data, the collection computer can be linked to the background database.
