Uninterruptible Power Supply is widely used in firefighting, construction, telecommunications, electricity and transportation and other industries. It has two basic functions : First, while power blackouts, though DC / AC conversion, it invert AC of the battery to DC to provide continuous AC power for the electronic equipment; second, it can provide an isolated network between the electricity grid and equipment to avoid the shocks and disturbances. Because of this dual function, UPS developed rapidly in recent years, there have been a lot of emerging technologies and development trends. There are two particularly noteworthy trends: First, series-parallel circuit topology (Delta transform technology) is far better than the current separate series or parallel series; Second, the real-time, accuracy or reliability of DSP (Digital Signal Processing )control technology, have been much better than the existing control technologies .Firstly, this paper analyzes the role of the UPS, as well as the current domestic and international development trends, of the major topics of study and research methods, Next introducing the UPS sorting and serial and parallel UPS characteristics of the circuit structure, working principle, Comprehensive comparison of different control methods, a repetitive control UPS control strategy; Then they brought forward a DSP (Digital Signal Processing) for the control of CPU to achieve this circuit design program include the overall control program diagram (including all related and part of the role of the hardware platform) software design (including PLL design, the selection of PWM signal, the RS485 communication program design) , the Software of design is part of Tl's TMS320LF2407A digital signal processor (DSP), for the signal processor to complete the preparation of the software, Evaluation gained control signals trigger pulse (PWM). Finally system for possible interference related to the proposed anti-jamming design.The UPS circuit design of this issue use serial and parallel structure-compensation circuit structure, while control strategy of UPS based on the DSP . It retains all of its online function and high-quality output voltage, also makes many of its key performance indicators have improved. Because of not only eliminating the pollution for the grid, but also the high-output and high reliability, it is a very promising technology development program. DSP technology used to control the serial and parallel UPS in China will also promote the use of China's electric power industry to bring enormous economic and social benefits.
