UPS is used widely in power, fire control, structure, communication, power and others. It has two main functions: firstly, when power stops, it provides equipments power continually, by DC/AC convert; secondly, it acts as a filter between power net and equipments, to prevent disturb from each other. Now it develops rapidly, and has much new technique. In those, there are two most important areas, one is serial-parallel connection circuit structure, getting an advantage over others; the other is DSP control technique, winning an advantage of precision and authenticity than other control technique.The paper is not only the summary of my studying the upper two techniques during writing master paper, but also the collation for my working at this item in a factory for almost one year. The paper analyses firstly the action, sort, development direction of UPS, which is the abbreviation for Uninterruptable Power Supply, and analyses the characteristic, work theory of the circuit structure of the series-parallel connection UPS, and control principle of UPS; then bring forwards design plan, which is using DSP (the abbreviation for Digital Signal Processing) as controller to realize the upper series-parallel connection UPS, including hardware design (for example, circuit principle drawing, chip-selecting, etc) and software design (for example, repetitive control applied in control of a PWM inverter in UPS, interface between DSP and ether controller, and interface between DSP and LCD, etc); and then researches the arithmetic, confirms the arithmetic system using adaptive repetitive control as core, emulates and makes experiment this arithmetic with MATLAB, PSPICE software, and validates the rationality of this arithmetic.The paper mainly provides self-contained system info and design plan for item DSP-based control plan for series-parallel connection UPS imbursed by both factory and college, studies circuit structure, arithmetic and program, and finally offers a set of math model, serving for the item's subsequence worker.
