Motion-blurring is caused by the relative motion between the camera and theobject. It is a ubiquitous matter, for example, the photo shot at the plane or spacecraft, the photo of object moving at high speed, missile flying at the battlefield. Therestoration of motion-blurred images is one of the main questions for discussion. Ithas realistic significance, applying in many fields, for example, military affairs,traffic, medical images, industry controlling and detective field.The restoration of motion-blurred images is a familiar and difficult type inimage processing. At present, the research in this area mostly aims at trying differentrestoration algorithms on images blurred by uniform motion in the horizontaldirection, which lays emphasis on study and application of restoration algorithms.Many practical algorithms have been developed and the research on this area isslowly. Many other problems need to be deeply studied and focused on. Theseproblems are the degenerating process of motion-blurred images, setting PointSpread Function(PSF), recovering motion-blurred images in any direction, creationof correct motion-blurred simulated images and so on.it's based on one year study on motion-blurred image processing and restoration,main content of this thesis as follows:First, the article studies and analyses the theory of motion-blurred images,setting up the model of degenerating and restoration. The article provides an algorithm to set up two-dimensional PSF and the material procedure to produce thematrix of PSF, on the basis of the knowledge of computer photograph and digitalimage processing. The computer simulationand test result are provided and analyzedby comparing.Second, starting with motion-blurred image degradation function model, thisthesis also summarizes that there are characters on the spectrum image, and therelation between the motion parameter and the spectrum characters. There are someladdered and parallel dark bandings. The motion parameter can be acquired byapplying Hough transformation to the spectrum image.Third, this thesis explores server restoration algorithms about their derivationand application on restoring motion-blurred images. As many advantages ofsimulation image to image restoration, this thesis gives correct creation approach ofcomputer simulation image by analyzing development of motion blur. Based ondeep-going and specific computer simulation experiment, it is affirmed that thebandings on restored image can be effectively bated by correct set the parameter ofrestoration algorithm. Finally, this thesis restores an actual photo blurred by motionwith several algorithms, and analyzes restoration effects.
