By studying and analyzing the theory of images blurred by motion, the models of degenerating and restoration are set up, in which the restoration of a motion-blurred image caused by the relative motion between a camera and an object is mainly discussed under the condition of the direction of motion being unchanging during a short exposing time. The article shows that how to set Point Spread Function (PSF) is the key in the image restoration and proposes an efficient identify approach for motion-blurred parameters (motion-blurred direction and motion-blurred distance) from motion-blurred image via on directional derivation and autocorrelation method. Ail the parameters carl be used in estimating the Point Spread Function. The restored image used the restoration approaches to recover image from a degradation state, in order to make it as informative as possible to the original image based on the motion-blurred PSF.In addition, the article adopts three restoration methods of Inverse-filtering, Wiener Filtering and Richardson-Lucy. Doing restoration experiments aim at every method on condition of noise and no noise. The result shows thai:1) the restoration effect of wiener filter is better than other methods, especially for blurred images with noise.2) the ring effect exists in the restoration of a real blurred image which makes use of wiener filtering method.Based on doing computer simulation experiments, it is affirmed that the Wiener filtering on restored image can be effectively bated by correct set the parameter of restoration algorithm.
