| Motor on-line inspect system can inspect servial motors at the same time, alarm at the fault, draw long term curve to help operator to analyze the fault reason. The paper studied the application ofμC/OS-Ⅱon the Motor on-line inspect system. First according to the system's needs cuts out theμC/OS-Ⅱ, then transplants theμC/OS-Ⅱonto the S3C44BOX, the main application program is divided into data communication task, data collect task and alarm task, the three tasks' synchronization and communication depend on the semaphore and mailbox, at last theμC/OS-Ⅱallocates the system's resources between the three tasks, make sure system's stability and reliability. On this base, designs the data collect terminal's hardware, realizes the communication between the data collect terminal and the inspect service, build the system's net. In the end, paper discusses the lacks of Motor on-line inspect system, and bring forwards the solutions. |
