In the DBF receiving system, The local oscillation feed research appears especiallyimportantly, because DBF bistatic/multi-static radar DBF receiving system is amultichannel receiving system, it request that the local oscillation source can support manygroups signal, each group signal with the same phase and equivalent amplitude. With thereasonable design of local oscillation source as well as the power divider network of localoscillation feed, it can promote the receiving system efficiency enormously, reduce the lossand noise of the receiving system. So, there is high value of researching on it.DRVCOs and DROs(Dielectric Resonator Oscillators) are applied abroad tofrequency synthesizers and microwave oscillators because of their excellent phaseperformance, spectrum purity and stability. DR (dielectric resonator)is made ofmicrowave ceramic with high dielectric constant and very low loss. Using DR, the phasenoise of an oscillator could be made to be extremely low. At the same time the temperaturecoefficient of a DR could be positive or negative, and this may be used to compensate forthe frequency drift due to temperature shift.Based on DBF multichannel receiving system, in this paper,we have researched onand compared the methods of the local oscillation feed, then proposed one new localoscillation feed way. we have designed local oscillation source with DRO, the linear modelof the phase noise of the oscillator has been discussed, we have analyzed the principle ofDR and the coupling principle of the DR and microstrip in detail, and validated the theorywith the simulation software. In using of the simulation software ADS and HFSSsynthetically, we have designed and simulated the DRO circuit separately with drainleakage and source leakage output way. we have also study and tested it experimentally.What introduced in this paper is a significative approach to design LO of multichannelreceiving system.
