Because the movement of photosurface of CCD caused by the movement of platform,the quality of the image become worse,and it even influence the image measurement system.In order to improve the accuracy of measurement, we need take a deeper research of the influence of image measurement system caused by vibration.This paper make a simulation of the influence of the system of image measurement caused by the linear movement with uniform velocity,or the linear movement with uniform acceleration,or the simple harmonic vibration of the flat roof.It presents the positive the relationship among the stripe of the frequency spectrum,the blurred length and the size of the image,relationship between blurred length and blurred depth and the relationship between several complex movements and the high frequency simple harmonic vibration. It provides some foundation of improving the image quality.It has analysed the process of track,and explained influence of the process of photoelectric image caused by the movement of the flat roof.It has analysed the influence of the track of point object caused by the angular oscillation of the flat roof about the measurement of centroid of area,and summarized the mathematic relation between the precision of track and the amplitude of the fast simple harmonic vibration,and it has proved it by experiment.It provides some foundation for the improvement of the precision of track.
