This paper is about the research of the design and implement of electrocardiosignal acquisition system. For amplification of electrocardiosignal with the amplitude 0.05mV~5mV on the surface of human body, the most important design is pre-amplifier. A circuit structure of non-inverse buffer amplifier plus instrument amplifier is figured out based on a theory analysis and computation and the principle of CMMR enhancement by using Right-Leg-Driving, screen layer driving and power supply floating tracing is studied in this paper. The works mentioned above is emulated in EWB system and its correctness is validated.There are noises in electrocardiosignal which are low frequency drift noise, 35~37Hz electromyosignal noise and 50Hz power line noise. Using Digital Signal Processing, arithmetic of tilting noises is discussed and a suitable expression is given. The numerical emulation is tested in Matlab and the performance of tilting is satisified with the needs of the system.The application of electrocardiosignal acquisition system is long-time. The stability and reliability of the system are important. ThereforeμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time multi-task operation system is applied in the system. The control software design of the system based on theμC/OS-Ⅱis researched. Especially, the problem of hardware resources occupied by more tasks at the same time is well solved by using semaphores mechanism ofμC/OS-Ⅱ.
