With the high development of our economy and the improvement of our livinglevel, the electric power consumption is increasing greatly. It is very important for theimplement of attempering automatically, assurance safety and economical running theelectric power network with fast and accurate testing and passing their parameters.With the new production of our remote electric power monitoring and examinationdevice, it provides best condition for the electric power production and management.It can also effectively help to prevent stealing, disputing and improving the work andeconomy efficiency of our national power management.In the thesis, we mainly describe the function, error test method, hardware circuit,software flow, coding message and measurement error analysis of the system. Oursystem can provide examination to the power instrument of three-phase AC currentand send the result message to the management centre with voltage, current,frequency, power, error and illegal opening box message. It can record the parametersin real time to monitor the quality of electric network and measure the error.The monitoring end-device can test the three-phase voltage, current, opening-doorsignal and set up warning rules with ADE7758 and AT89C58. The short message canbe sent to monitoring centre or the cell phone with TC35i module. It can also beremotely set up and timing collected by monitoring centre.Finally, we give our conclusion in the end.
