Narratology. "exploration, Discovery" Features

In new century, Documentary film maker more and more prominent emphasis documentary film populace, and attempts to integrates the story, the secularization element in the documentary film. Now, the center topic of documentary is to develop the populace documentary film narrative language and multiform style.The program EXPLORING of CCTV is a successful example. Idea of the program is "Make the entertainment documentary film". In fact, the entertainment documentary just is the development of narrative documentary. The article take the program EXPLORING as an example, attempts to discussed and analyzed from multi-visual angle and multi-level based on the narrative nature of modern documentary. It is hope that this article is not only a reasonable reflection of the program EXPLORING but also the extension and intensification to the acknowledgement on the style of the documentary.Narrative theory, as a newly developed research area, has not been attached enough importance. It is still in its infant stage. In this paper, positive research method and literature analysis have been employed to carry out the research. The constructive rules, ways of expression, and aesthetic features are supposed to be revealed in the thesis in order to contribute some positive guidelines to documentary production. Meanwhile, the thesis is also with the expectation to arouse more attention to documentary narrative theories among academic researchers and producers of documentaries.
