Examination arranging is one of the most important works in the process of teaching management, and scientific examination arrangement can greatly promote examination management, now computerBased examination arranging method is commonly used for enhancing the efficiency and science. As the number of students in university raise and the development of examination arranging institution, existing system's abuse is gradually emerging, such as uncertainty of information collecting, lack of integrated information releasing flat and human operational interface, not convenient for secondary development, problem about stability and compatibility also exists.For solving the problems raised above, a more reasonable examing arranging system is designed and implemented by this paper, which can help trimming raw information and provide all kinds of flat, show the enormous effect of UML in each step of the system development. The system to be introduced by this paper can provides us with fast information capturing and faster arranging performance which is needed for second development.This system adopts completely Object-oriented modeling language UML in each step of the system, and it constructs systemic blueprint in standard and straightforward style, which makes it easy for correlative people's information sharing and communion. Also we use completely Object-oriented developing language C# for the system's implement, greatly increasing developing efficiency and secondary development speed. Considering the integration of information system, the system adopts widely-used B/S framework instead of C/S framework. Basing on Web, the system is convenient for information issuing and capturing, and supplies all kinds of users with easy-using platform. In addition, high performance database technology is also used for storing old data, and this can obviously increase arranging capability.During the process of system developing, standard software engineering method is imported. Firstly, Use-Case driving of RUP is applied to the Requirement analysis, and the Use-Case of it can analysis the system from each view. Then active chart is adopted for summary design and detained design to express the flow of system's structure. At this part of the paper, we also design the E-R chart and table structure of database and the algorithm of arranging, and then building the class structure of all above. At the implement of the process, we can easily follow the flow of the modules, and then simplely demonstrate each part of the system. At last, the system developed is deployed and issued.
