Water and gas are used massively in the production and life, the supply and demand are imbalance and network covers a vast area, has complicated structure, which gave rise to many defects such as inadequate water and gas pressure, high energy consumption and maintenance inconvenienc etc. In the industrial control system of Panzhihua, the traditional analogue meter is used to monitor, the scene parameter is detected by the manual detection.With the development of modern industry, the industry scene needs to monitor the more and more data parameters, the equipment layout is more and more complex, the change speed is faster and faster, reliability is more and more high .If manual detection is used continuely , the slightest mistake will cause major accidents. In addition, implement of Network Monitor is the top priority.To solve the pressure instability, inconvenient regulation and the enhancement of production enterprises'economic efficiency and ensurement of the water's quality. How does the network monitor? Aimed at Pangang , a combined 3C (computer, communication and control) integration technology for the study of water to imitate the real scene and the"Intelligent Constant Pressure Control Network Monitoring Simulation System"are developed.Aimed at the mentioned problems, this article researches the water-supplying system , basised on in-depth analysis of water demand, framework and implementation of"Intelligent Constant Pressure Control Network Monitoring Simulation System"are researched . The main contents are as follows :1.According to the needs of the project , we research and study in the locale and analyze relevant information.2. Build the overall structure of network system , design and realize the electric control part of"Intelligent Constant Pressure Control Network Monitoring Simulation System"3.According to the requirement analysis, adopt object-oriented thinking, design the system and discuss the theoretical model and algorithm of Intelligent Constant Pressure Water-supplying Control, introduce the design of system network and the specific application of fieldbus technology.4.Adopt object-oriented program design method , focuse on the study of intelligent control procedures and HMI Software Control System Development and Design .This article presents a systematic procedure implementation process of the PLC and PC configuration software of WinCC, which proves reliable through testing and trial operation of the system, and is already fully operated.
