Automatic Detection System Of The Pcb Board Design And Realization

Printed circuit board (PCB) is an important part of modern electronic equipment, itsquality affects the performance of products. The process of PCB inspection is donemanually all the time. Since people's ability is limited, the miss-inspection is incidentaland inefficient. This paper is written about the PCB auto-inspecting system. The functionincludes the inspection of key short circuit,key open circuit, LED states,currentconsuming of power supply,Encoder and make this system have the function ofself-diagnosing.The main content of this paper includes: the circuit design of the inpecting system;Designing the current measurement card for current consuming of power supply.Developing the device driver. Developing the system software based on LabVIEWplatform.The emphasis of this paper is designing the current measurement card and developingthe system soft-ware. The difficulty is the driver developed for the self-made card.This paper has achieved each function of the auto-inspecting system and run well onthe factory inspect line, the efficiency of enterprise has greatly enhanced and the cost ofenterprise saved.
