In recent years, although the bank card industry has been rapid development, all kinds of risk in bank card appear gradually. There is a high trend of recording recoand cloning bank cards crimes. These criminals not only seriously violated the property interest of cardholder and financial institutions, but also disturbed and destroyed the normal financial order. Therefore strengthening the security of bank card is an important factor to maintain financial stability and to ensure the healthy development of bank card industry.In this paper, the fact which the existing magnetic bank card is easy to be cloned and the high cost of IC bank card promotion were been analyzed. The author introduces the advantages of JUNA lightweight digital signature and identity card in the area of bank card anti-counterfeiting. Using a private key to sign a customer record (including the ID number), and storing the JUNA signature which supersedes a CVV code in a magnetic track so as to assure the consistent relation of a bank card and its issuing bank and guarantee the bank card not been forged by unauthorized person. Meanwhile the system regards an ID card as a credible root, and inserts a verification module for ID cards into an ATM so as to assure the consistent relation of a customer and his bank card. The operations could guarantee that although unauthorized person clone bank card, it has been failed without of identity card. During the time of bank card transaction, using the ID number which is been extracted from the identity authentication module and combining the customer information. Then using public key verifies the information. The results from the validation ensure the corresponding relations in customer, bank card and its issuing bank. These can really prevent fake bank card.Then, from the view of the customer and the bank, the author puts forward the function demands of bank card authentication system and designs a framework of the system, which including bank card printing subsystem, the key generation subsystem, digital identity code subsystem and verification alarm subsystem. The verification alarm subsystem can be subdivided into the authentication subsystem and pseudo card alarm subsystem. And specific functions of each subsystem and business processes are been designed. The key generation subsystem is used to generate a public key and a private key. The digital identity code subsystem is used to generate a digital identity. The verification alarm subsystem is used to verify whether the bank card is pseudo card. If the result of verification is counterfeit, it records the pseudo card information to provide clues.In the last, this paper shows the data storage mode, the simulation results and ATM simulation page, and analysis security of authentication system based on JUNA digital signature. Compared with the cost of and IC bank card, it is proved that the system has convenient manipulability, low cost, and high anti-forgery, and is easy to promote.
