Rough Sets Basded On Set Pair Analysis-A New Method For Knowledge Discovery In Database

This paper puts forward a Connection Degree-Rough Set Model by combining Set Pair Analysis (SPA) with Rough Set theory. At first, content of SPA in Literature are arranged, and some conception of SPA are complemented: distinguishing the connection number from the connection degree and presenting their limited condition, normalizing the computation method of connection degree, emphasizing the SPA reasoning method. Secondly, the paper sets up two kinds of connection degree about Rough Set: Sets type Rough Set connection degree and number type Rough Set connection degree, and then the Rough Set can be described by the two Rough Set connection degree, including Topology construct of Rough Set, equivalence of two sets, and relative rough set between two indiscemibility relation and its Topology construct. At last, based on Rough Set connection degree, the paper sets up the judgement method of paradoxical decision table, reducing scheme of the conditional attribution and the attributive value. And then the methods are applied to reduce decision table for implementing rule-based control of industrial processes.
