This paper mainly interprets the value orientation of the XiaoXiangmovie channel (CHANNEL[F]) from the politics, economics, culture andaesthetics.Combined with the regulated operation and regulations ofCHANNEL[F], the first chapter of "The Political Interpretation Of TheCHANNEL[F]," interprets his value orientation from the politicalscience in the background of the Chinese characteristics journalismsystem, and make the prospective and practical study into a whole. Thischapter attempts to inspect the spiritual power of CHANNEL[F] by thenews context of the Chinese characteristics such as the pursued spirit ofthe politicians running the radio, radio and television management modeland the film management regulations, and reflect the political valueorientation of CHANNEL[F] from the idea stations of CHANNEL[F] andthe civil position of non-mainstream films.In the Chinese News reform period, the Media was changed to the"institutions, managed as an enterprise" laying much emphasis on theChinese specific context of a double harvest in the social and economicbenefits. The second chapter of "The Economic Interpretation OfCHANNEL[F]", attempts to interpret the value orientation ofCHANNEL[F] from the economics angle. Its ideas will interpretDeep-seatedly and paint meticulously the economic value orientation ofthe film Channel, mainly through the three dimensional that theintegration of the television resources and the strategic adjustment, theanalysis of the channel characteristics and the profit model of the channel.Closely centering on the "culture" that specifically the RegionalCulture/Hunan culture and their own culture/Popular Culture (alsocalled the Film Culture), the third chapter of" The Cultural InterpretationOf CHANNEL[F] explains his value orientation and the resultingimpact ,and does the comparative studies by taking CHANNEL[F] andthe Shanghai East Movie Channel as the text cases to find that thedifferent regional culture and the different Cultural Pursuit will impactthe media. Mainly taking the eight theaters as examples, the forth chapter of"The Aesthetic Interpretation Of CHANNEL[F]" interpret his aestheticvalue orientation by the choice films to reflect aesthetic appeal ofCHANNEL[F]. This chapter interprets the depth aesthetic pursuit ofCHANNEL[F] by the reductive analysis of the classic films and the dailyfilms, the introduction of the status of the game between the elegantculture and the popular culture.
