Basedon the design of E-campus of Huanghuai University, the frame and modelof platform and the protocol have been studied and probed. The articledescribes the design of CMS of university based on DNN and the processon how to realize the convenient Website programming wholly, and itsflexible setup and user-defined function in order to make the systembecome particular information platform. This design tries to realizethe most comprehensive function in a simple way, then users can useit without complex training, saving much time and cost. This designalso has the following advantages: (a) the rich template, style andfunction can be chosen to avoid the similarities of pages and functionarising out of using the same system; (b) various templates can letusers have a good reference and program their websites freely; (c)the heading guidance provides users with the storing structure forthem making their own pages and arranging their websites, and makesthem set up the primitive website for the departments easily;(d)making the guarantee of only having positive information byorganizing and processing and checking the information; (e) advancedtechnology of collecting information satisfies the requirement ofusers and reduces the load of their work.; (f) good opening anddevelopable properties make the long-distance internet managementcome true; (g) the powerful user-defined function of pages guaranteesthat all-level management personnel can readjust the layout of pages;(h) the advanced systematical structure makes the management be easy.The unified information database in the school provides theconditions for the use of effective information platform. Thepowerful and quick auto-index system provides the users of the information platform with the best technology support. Varioussecurity problems can be avoided in the delivery of long-distanceinformation by means of pages with the form of C/S used in the userterminal which doesn't affect the use of users at the same time.The departments all have its own district of management based on thewhole system management, which reflects the flexibility and securityof Inform-Platform in some degree and solve the problem of managementor non-management. The conclusion has been made in thearticle on the basis of discussion and practice as follows:(1)According to the concept of SOA software, "ManagementPlatform of Internet Information" adopts various B/S systematicalstructures. Therefore, users can finish processing informationeasily through browser, which saves cost. The centralized managementand classification and store of data make it convenient to updatesystem. This also benefits to the readjustment of system of relevantdepartments of universities according to their needs and satisfiesthe requirement of users under different circumstances.(2)The integration of data and broad application can be realizedon "Management Platform of Internet Information" by providers. Theusers in universities may use different data standards, such as XML,Unicode and UML, but many data sources are still used in the formsof personal data pattern, Meta Data and Meta Model. This new systemcan come true by adding modules to assemble different data sourcesand by constructing p2p data and the integration of applied system.(3)"Management Platform of Internet Information" has adoptedall-level security controlling designs and got rid of many unsafefactors of browser, so, when users input web sites which they arenot entitled to browse, the system will cancel their registration.When the system checks login, it just compares En-codes of users withEn-codes in database. It doesn't provide any DE-code services, whichmakes the system safer.
