Recently with earth' s energy lessing and lessing , the using of solar energy is attentioned more and more. The project of using of solar energy is extended, with this as a prerequisite, this paper investigates development a system of measure and controlling of temperature and humidity of drying equipment using solar energy based on principle of greenhouse and gathering thermal energy.The drying epuipment in this paper is made of dry box and water tank. Drybox can make agricultural products being rosted, it absorb thermal energy converted from solar energy directly and stored in water by means of thermal transmission through water tank. So the temperature and humidity of dry box, the water level and water temperature of water tank shoud be measured , at the same time , the desiccant fan , electromagnetism water gate and electricity heater should be controlled.The paper discuss how to realize the measure of dry box by sensor and microcontroller of low price considering of cost , on the other side discuss how to realize the measure of water level and water temperature by monofier , rheostat with water level and water temperature , and discuss how to design micro keyboad and display , at last discuss the designing of software and controlling temperature , humidity of dry box , water level of water tank by connection of microcontroller and relay.
