Simatic S7 In The Boiler Control System

This paper takes boiler house monitoring system as research object; PLC is adopted to gain higher economic benefit and security. Chapter one introduces the application and excellence of PLC in short. Chapter two recommends principle and structure of fluidized bed. Chapter three describes composing and configure of SIMATIC S7 in detail. Chapter four presents programming language and instruction of S7, especially the application of the instructions. Chapter five gives hardware of S7 at length, and illustrates process of debug. Chapter six introduces consumer program of boiler house, especially application of organize block and program block. Chapter seven presents communication of boiler house monitoring system, and application of MPI and PROFIBUS. Chapter eight is the result of the article. The system takes S7-300 as core controller, PROFIBUS as communication bridge. Detecting element give sense signal of the boiler house, so as to protect and control the system. After alteration, all the system run well, operation programmer is predigested, SIEMENS-WINCC human-machine interface realizes computer control of all the system, and has the function of control, feedback, alarm and print. The system creates good benefit for the enterprise now.
