Lan System Detects The Standard Formulation And Testing Methods

With the development of scale and complexity of Local Area network (LAN) , network users are more and more dissatisfied with the LAN service quality ,and universal attention is paid to the quality of network construction. It will bring wide benefit both socially and economically to constitute the Henan province local standard --"LAN testing and measurement standard" and to test network according to this standard by the third party. It will be very helpful for the criterion of network construction and smooth operation of LAN in our province.This dissertation has mainly discussed the constitution of Henan province local standard --"LAN testing and measurement standard" firstly, and then a new idea for testing the network by catching and analyzing data package is proposed. An automatic network testing program has also been developed. The main works in this dissertation include:1. Constitution of the Henan province local LAN standard—"LAN testing and measurement standard".2. Analysis of data package structure and protocol information.3. Analysis of network function by means of catching data packages.4. Development of a network testing program which can perform the functions of web function testing,statistics and result printing automatically.
