With the development of the optical amplifiers and the WDM technology,space optical communication at 1550 nm has appeared a bright future in high speed satellite communication. Receiving technology with optical amplifiers and coupling space light into single mode fiber are key technologies in it. In this dissertation, the technologies are explored and investigated.The main results are as follows:1. The effect of Fresnel reflection which is happened on the plane of fiber core is investigated and different expressions in different situation are got.2. Coupling space light into multi-modes fiber and Coupling space light into single-modes fiber are traversed. The condition of getting best coupling efficiency is obtained. The influences which are caused by the landscape orientation excursion and axis orientation excursion of coupling facula's position are analyzed.3. The SNR and sensitivity which are made by EDFA that is used as a preamplifier are analyzed.4. An auto-coupling experimental system is worked out .An closed loop manipulativel system is proposed. It mainly consists of piezoceramics, controller, drivers, coupling lens and reflector; Using Raster scan and five-point tracking arithmetic implements searching for the best position automatically.5. The experimental system is used to make space light into multi-modes and into single-mode fiber. The EDFA is added in the system as a preamplifier. The SNR and sensitivity of the system are measured and calculated.
