Flight Parameters Acquisition And Processing System, And Design And Realization

The Flight Data Recording and Processing System (FDRPS) can automatically collect all kinds of parameters of planes during flying, including gesture parameter, engine parameter, alarm signals and communication and cabin-frequency information. It will show the flying information recorded to field equipment so that we can provide external gist for trouble diagnosis, prediction and assistant flight training and diagnoses.The FDRPS used in our airplanes almost were made in the early of 1990s. As a result they become aging and out of use for limited technique. Also it is under the way of development, which has such shortages as less parameters, low precision, low anti-dilapidated standard, inconvenient maintenance and lack of function of collecting frequency signals.With the development of IC, computer bus, graphical emulation and artificial intelligence, new technique and means come out to replace the old FDRPS.The FDRPS is composed with airborne unit and field unit. The former includes data-collecting unit, frequency-collecting unit, Data Crash Survivable Recorder, removal memorizer and all kinds of signal sensors. The later is used to revert data and detect airborne unit.As following is the work ideas and contents.①We design and make data-collecting unit, increase the amount of parameters collected and improve hits. Besides we make it more reasonable that the design of system miniaturization and modularization so that we can advance reliability, popularity and maintainability.②The removal memorizer makes data-unloading easier. The new NAND flash memorizer can improve data- transmitting speed by USB2.0 bus so that the outfield maintenance turns to infield maintenance. As a result the workers' burden is lightened.③The frequency recording and processing system collects communication of pilots and cabin-frequency information by DSP and data-compressed so that it provides another gist for flight training and trouble analysis.④We increase the capability of Data Crash Survivable Recorder, which reaches TSO-C124a standard with new technique, materials and tecnics.With the development of FDRPS, it becomes much more important. It will get good effect in areas of improving maintenance, training quality and ground service maintenance, guarantee safe flight and promoting battle effectiveness.
