Data Exchange System Design And Implementation

Sanitation Industry Information System accumulates large amount of valuable information data, which is basically for emergency integrated chain of command. Such information data should be collected through different channels, and transferred to the data center of the integration system.This Paper introduces the information data transferring system of information system in Health Bureau of Haidian district, the system mainly realized the data transfer controlling, data transferring and analyzing, data operation and entering database, and other functions, between the Bureau system and Sanitation system. This Paper introduced the designing methods and development procedures and fruits through the designing and realization of the systemThe main function for Data Transferring System is to be the groupware of two information systems, the system consists of two parts: data transferring , data analyzing and entering database. Considering the different requirements for small scale data refresh and big scale data refresh for data transferring, it was designed to take Socket and FTP respectively which are two kinds of internet data transferring methods. Considering the common property of the files and data, the data was treated unitively and the contents were transformed to be XML file style and then transferred with partial contents encrypted, which guarantees the reliability and safety. Verify the integrity after the accomplishment of transferring, and then operate unitively for the process of entering database, the procedures will guarantee the integrity of the data. This system uses JAVA as language exploitation, Oracle 9i as background database exploitation, WebLogic 8.14SP as the Server.
