The purpose of the thesis is to analyze and design telecommunication ERPⅡsystem and implement its several sub-systems.Due to its special trait, such as its running on the network and providing incorporeity product-communication services, the traditional ERP system based on inside and outside enterprise manufacturing resources planning is not matching the telecommunication industry. In the view of the value chain of telecommunication industry, telecommunication companies have held the core status in the value chain because of its customers resources, brand strategy, network power, meanwhile network equipment providers and software providers, service providers, content or application providers, terminal equipment providers as well as other industries such as banks, schools, governments in the value chain keep tight connection with telecommunication companies. Achieving collaboration and cooperation in the value chain by information technology is the management way of ERPⅡ.The research firstly starts with theoretic such as the value chain of telecommunication industry, ERPⅡframe based on telecommunication collaborative business model, J2EE, WEB Service, SOA.Based on the theory research, the author will expatiate in detail the system analysis and design.The innovation of this thesis is to introduce the web application based on J2EE Framework technology integrated with Struts, spring, hibernate. Besides the AOP can make the discretenesses more reusable.
