| The paper introduces Intelligent control system with 12 units of synchronous-driving, which is composed of 7 servo and 5 conversion. This Intelligent control system is a high response and high precision digital control system. It mainly adopt computer technology, converter technique, servo technology, PLC technology, sensor technology, LCD technology and Ethernet. It has introduced the mathematical model of the take-up process and the fabric mathematical model between two adjacent units. To combine the control algorithm with the intelligent control algorithm organically. Basing on the mathematical model, the configuration of control system has been founded. In aspect of the control algorithm, Advanced Control Strategy which are include parameter adaptive, signal adaptive, multi-mode control and expert control has been applied in the system. The torque control is current closed-loop control, the speed control is double closed-loop control which is compose of speed and current closed-loop control, and the position control is three closed-loop control which is composed of position, speed, current closed-loop control. The system has been used in production, and the customer has benefited both economically and socially. |
