The application of ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in modern industry is increasing constantly.However,the related key technology of its driven control method is monopolized by developed countries.Therefore,independent researches of the control strategy of ultra-high speed PMSM should be carried out to improve modern industry level.On ultra-high speed PMSM,the control algorithm is designed in this paper.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the system composition of the research object is introduced,and the mathematical model of the ultra-high speed PMSM is established.The simulation model of the motor is set up in MATLAB and the simulation experiment is carried out,which lays a foundation for the control algorithm research.Secondly,considering the difficulty of the installation of sensor and the poor reliability in super high speed state,the sensorless speed estimation algorithm based on extended Kalman filter(EKF)is designed and the speed estimation algorithm based on the traditional direct torque control(DTC)is simulated.The simulation results verify the correctness of the speed estimation algorithm.Thirdly,according to the limitations of DTC,the SVPWM is introduced.For the characteristics of strong coupling,high order and non-linear,the fuzzy PID speed controller is designed and the simulation experiment is carried out.The simulation results show that,compared with the classical PID,fuzzy PID controller has better control performance.Then,for solving the problem of uncertain parameters and large load disturbance,an adaptive robust speed controller is designed.The simulation results show that,compared with the fuzzy PID controller,the ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor system based on the adaptive speed controller has better robustness.Finally,the system experimental platform is introduced.The control strategy related software and the upper computer monitoring software are designed.The system experiment is carried out to realize the effective control of the motor speed,and verify the effectiveness of the motor control strategy.
