PHS is a mobile communication system emanating from Japan. It adopt digitalcommunications technology. It is belong to secondly mobile communications systempresently abroadly used in GSM,narrowband communications system. But mSwitchsystem is abroadly used in our country based on soft exchange technologies' wirelesscommunication system.So how to improve mSwitch system's configure and take onhigh application values and realism meanings.MSwitch system is wireless communication system basing on soft exchangetechnologies. This thesis mainly introduce the mSwitch SYStem and Coming switchingon rate's definiens, ameliorating's significance, ameliorating's flow. It particularlyemphases on analysing the main reason of calling flow and tampering with comingswitching on rate. On the other hand, it put forward homologize thereinto solveingmethod. In the end, the thesis provide us with some instances to prove that theameliorating's method, and summarize the rule and the method of coming switching onrate.I wish the thesis provide some references for the persons of PHS optimizing.
