With the coming of information society, the requirements of information increase continuously. Distributed Parallel System is just meeting this current which causes the fast development of Distributed Parallel System technology. It supplies us a way to share resource, capability of parallel I/O and remote data access. Distributed Parallel System combine the resource locating in different place with wide band as one high performance service environment. With increase of the requirements of digital data, the scale of Distributed Parallel System becomes much huger, File Allocation Problem has become one of the key problems of Distributed System.Distributed Parallel I/O System introduces repetition technology to realize the high usability of data. However, the increasing quantity of information makes complete repetition policy beyond carrying capacity of the system, and it's not a good idea to transport data in a partial repetition system either. Achieving optimization allocation of the files in the nodes is the important policy to optimize the performance of network and system. Optimizing file allocation policy will save the cost of software and hardware, increase system throughput, reduces system response time, make good use of resource and so on. In a distributed parallel system over wide-area networks, especially, the delay of remote storage access is much longer than that of local storage access. Therefore, carrying out file optimal allocation is the key to improving performance of distributed parallel system. The cost of the repetition allocation policy in distributed parallel system such as storage space, bandwidth for nodes' communication always contravenes the performance including response time, the ratio of throughput. The keystone of this dissertation is intelligent repetition management based on wide-area networks. It proposed a repetition management system that combined the traditional static model policy with the fashionable dynamic replica management strategy. This system is devoted to optimize repetition allocation over wide-area networks and emphasized the controllability of repetition allocation. In the first part, Chapter 1. the dissertation introduced the cause of this research and some information of File Allocation Problem. Chapter 2 expresses the conception and specialty of the DOS. Chapter 3 expatiate a portion of repetition technology and repetition management policy.Chapter 4 is the keystone of this paper that presented a replication creating strategy that combined dynamic optimization technology and rules control mechanism over wide-area networks. It present the problem and resolution policy of the Digital Organism Resource Allocation System design. This resource allocation system obviously reduces the access response time and the cost of bone net bandwidth in the simulation results and practical projects.
