At the same time, the communication with corporation is build, realizing data collection function.This paper analyzed the inhere system of Liaocheng filiale of petro China and the actuality of corporation; found the question which should be settled; pop out the management great data, the oneness of the operation flow. This system has superiority in gas station operation. And it can help the layer leader to do decision-making. Especially it makes a convenience and inerrant fashion in dealing with the bill of document. This paper expounded the system goak design principle and system frame etc; described the core operation, system interface and interface design.The questions have been solved in this paper as follows: Using Oracle database technology, collect the separated data, realizing the data focusing management. Supply query and decision-making function for leaders. Realizing the system nicer expansibility and mitigating the daily work. The bill of document is managed in a whole way.
